Jess and Chris married at Beachside Dojo in Manly on 1 February 2020. Cloud 9 Event Management planned the day, with Duke Music providing live songs and DJ for the celebration.
The wedding party wore navy blue, with white flowers, greenery, Monstera leaves and tropical palms styled by Mabel & Elsie.
Jess and Chris had their first look and were all smiles when he turned around and saw her in a beautiful, spaghetti strap A-line gown which featured a low back and a deep illusion front plunge.
Jess walked down the aisle with her father to our live performance of “I Get to Love You” by Ruelle. Saskia from Dovetail Celebrants led the ceremony.
After being announced as husband and wife, they recessed back down the aisle to Duke’s rendition of “Best Day of My Life” by American Authors.
Chris Gable joined Duke for live music over cocktail hour and dinner, before speeches from the couple.
After cutting their two tier ombré blue cake, which featured gold accents and florals seen throughout their decor, the couple headed out to the rocks for some stunning sunset photos, captured by the very talented Ripple Weddings.
After sunset portraits with Ripple Weddings, Jess and Chris shared their first dance to “Thinking Out Loud” by Ed Sheeran. Duke’s DJ set continued for the rest of the reception.
