Two sets, two different moments. On 9 September 2026, we joined Qantas at its head office for the Spirit of Australia Awards, beginning as an acoustic duo and returning as a trio after the awards.
As a preferred supplier to Qantas, we always enjoy performing for its guests and clients. This was a particularly special occasion, and we were thrilled to be part of it.
An acoustic welcome
We played as an acoustic duo while guests arrived. Voices and guitar beside the red carpet, with space for those first greetings and conversations.
The awards
Three voices after the awards
After the awards, we returned as a trio featuring three vocalists, bass, guitar and saxophone. The extra voice and instruments gave the celebration a fuller sound as guests mingled, chatted and celebrated.
We enjoy that shift across an event: an acoustic welcome at the beginning, then a different combination of voices and instruments for what comes next. At Qantas, the trio set accompanied the conversations and celebrations after the awards.
Thank you to Qantas for inviting us to share the occasion. It is a relationship we value, and a pleasure to keep making music for your guests and clients.
