When musicians choose their own wedding band, the songs and the players matter. Bella and Matt invited our six-piece Duke band to perform at their Curzon Hall reception for 150 guests.
The black-tie celebration took place in Curzon Hall’s Banquet Room, with live music and a few guest performers among the couple’s friends.
For their reception entrance, Bella and Matt chose “Gonna Fly Now” by Bill Conti. Some of their musician friends joined the Duke band to perform it.
Bella and Matt’s wedding photography was by Images by Kevin.
The couple took portraits in the Curzon Hall gardens.
For their first dance, Bella and Matt chose our live version of “Shallow” by Lady Gaga.
Then the dance floor opened to the guests, with the band playing party favourites.
Chris Gable closed the night with “Burn for You” by John Farnham.
